Submissions to Meikin Records (demos, audio files, portfolios, etc.) are voluntary.

By submitting material, you confirm that you own or control the rights to the content.

Meikin Records is not obligated to sign, reply to, or provide feedback on submissions.

We are not responsible for any similarities between your submission and existing or future recordings, songs, or projects.

4. Purchases & Payments

If the Site includes merchandise, music, tickets, or services:

All sales are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Prices may change without notice.

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy (I can draft this for you if needed).

We are not responsible for third-party payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, Bandzoogle, etc.).

5. Bookings

For booking inquiries or services:

Booking requests must be confirmed in writing via email: paulstarmusic@gmail.com

Meikin Records reserves the right to decline booking requests.

Deposits for events or services may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

The Site may include links to third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, social media, etc.).
We do not control or endorse these platforms and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

Your privacy is important to us.
